- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3-4 sticks Skewers
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Coriander
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cream

- Slice the paneer into 1 inch long and 1 inch broad.
- Take a mixing bowl and add the following ingredients as per the order in the image. Mix the ingredients and make it into a thick batter. Add the sliced paneer and coat them carefully.

- Remove the lid and add Fresh Cream and coriander. Ready to serve!!
