- Make paste of yoghurt and tomato and add into pot
- Add all spices in mutton nw stir well
- Cover the pot
- Cut green chillies from centre and add after 15 mins
- Add water if needed
- Add lemon juice when mutton well cook.
- Garnish with ginger and kalongi. Now serve it with Chapati
- You can also replace mutton with chicken
