Make cubes of other two onions, roughly chop the tomatoes, make ginger garlic paste, slit the green chillies. - Add 3 tablespoon vegetable oil. Stir fy the onion cubes, fry the okras 4 to 5 minutes, till its color changes.
- Add two tablespoon vegetable oil to the pan, add one teaspoon cumin seeds, half teaspoon crushed ajowaine,after few seconds add chopped onions, add half teaspoon salt on the onions.Fry the onions till it becomes golden brown, add one tablespoon ginger garlic paste, saute 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes, add dry spices, cover and cook 2 minutes until tomatoes are soft. Add fried okras, mis well.Add fried onion cubes and mix well. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt on the okras.Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes add 3/4teaspoon sugar, 1/2Teaspoon dry mango powder, add two green chillies, mix well. Cover and cook for one minute. Give 5 minutes standing times. Serve hot.
