- Tout d'abord mettre tous les ingrédients secs pour le gâteau dans un cul-de-poule ou un saladier. C'est à dire la poudre d'amandes, la farine de noix de coco, l'érythritol, le cacao en poudre et la stévia.

- Puis verser les deux tiers de la pâte au chocolat dans le fond du moule.
- Placer l'insert. Je prenais une noix de la préparation, je presse en un petit boudin et met au centre du gâteau en appuyant un peu pour qu'il rentre dedans. Et ainsi de suite. petits boudins après petits boudins.
- Recouvrir avec le reste de pâte. Là j'ai pris des petites cuillères que j'ai disposées tout autour et aplati avec la main bien mouillée pour que la pâte ne colle pas aux doigts.
- Mettre au four préchauffé pour 40 minutes. Sortir et décorer comme ici avec des copeaux de noix de coco, de la noix de coco en poudre et de la glace d'érythritol.
