  1. Génoise : préchauffez votre four à 180•C. Fouettez les œufs avec le sucre jusqu’à ce que le mélange blanchisse et triple de volume. Ajoutez la farine et la poudre de cacao. Mélangez délicatement à nouveau. Versez dans un cercle 20cm et enfournez 20min.
  2. Imbibage : faites bouillir le lait avec la poudre de cacao et le sucre. Dès que la génoise est cuite, faites plusieurs petits trous à l’aide d’un cure-dent et déposez généreusement votre sirop d’imbibage. Laissez refroidir. Détaillez dans un cercle de 18cm.
  3. Mousse : dans une casserole, faites bouillir 130ml de crème liquide entière et la versez en 3 fois sur le chocolat coupé en morceaux et mélangeant bien à chaque fois.
  4. Au robot fouettez le reste de crème liquide en chantilly pas trop ferme (mousseuse). Mettre votre cafe dilué dans l’eau puis incorpore votre chocolat fondu refroidît dedans. Mélangez délicatement !
  5. Déposez votre mousse sur votre genoise dans un cercle à tarte 5cm de haut et 18cm de diamètre. La mousse est un peu liquide mais ce n’est pas grave elle figera au frigo au minimum 5h !
  6. Décoration : faites fondre la même quantité de chocolat que de crème. Bien mélanger. Mettre dans une poche à douille et coupez pour avoir un trou assez petit. Faites des lignes parallèles puis avec un cure-dent faites un quadrillage inversé à chaque lignes (une fois en haut une fois en bas)
