- Glaçage : Mélangez le beurre et le sucre glace puis ajoutez la farine et le cream cheese. Réservez au frais. Quand le gâteau est froid,posez le sur un plat de service et étalez le glaçage par dessus. Décorez avec des morceaux de noix et de gingembre confits en morceaux. Perso je n'ai mis que du Philadelphia et c’était très bon ;-)
