  8. Ensuite prendre du lait froid et mouillez les deux biscuits pour quils ne soit pas sec, allez-y et n'ayez pas peur quils soit trop mouillé parcequils vont tout absorber
  9. Prendre le premier biscuit, Recouvrez le de créme chantilly, Rajoutez quelques fruits ou autre si vous voulez, ensuite mettez le deuxieme biscuit delicatement et recouvrez tout le gateau de chantilly
  10. Prendre une poche a douille et decorez le ensuite rajoutez des amandes effilés sur les cotés
  11. Preparez les fruits que vous voulez ensuite posez les delicatement au milieu ou de coté comme vous le souhaitez et recouvrez les de gelée, voici deux modèles
  12. Ensuite preparez une ganache au chocolat, Faites fondre de la creme fraiche (environ 3 cuilleres a soupe) et ensuite Mettez du chocolat et faites le fondre dans la creme fraiche laissez refroidre et mettez le sur l gateau
