- Four 180° 45 minutes environs je met pas en chaleur tournante mais le préchauffe un peux avant... Je met au niveau du milieu... Mon gâteau ayant Bruni plus vite que la cuisson du gâteau je met un papier d'alu dessus....
- Je mélange mon jus d'ananas 10/15 cl et le reste de rhum....
- Mon gâteau sortant du four je verse le mélange de jus
- Je laisse refroidir et retourne mon gâteau....
- Je le remet 5/8 minutes au four retourné pour donner un peux de couleur à mes rondelles ananas
