- MONTAGE DU GÂTEAU. Déposer une couche de chantilly sur le premier gâteau. Recouvrir de fraises coupées. Recouvrir de chantilly.
- Déposer le 2e gâteau. Terminer en décorant de chantilly à nouveau et ajouter quelques fraises. Conserver au frais jusqu'à la dégustation.
