- Retourner le chocolat blanc pour l’enrober de pâte au chocolat noir verser le restant de pâte puis enfourner pour 15 minutes baisser le thermostat à 150 degrés poursuivre la cuisson 15 minutes
- Démouler à la sortie du four laisser refroidir
- Saupoudrer de sucre glace
