- 100 g poudre d'amandes

- 2 càc de levure chimique

- 1 blanc d'oeuf 🥚
- 150 g sucre glace
- Dorure
- 1 jaune d'oeuf 🟡
Instructions to make to make Gâteaux de Noël
- Préchauffer le four à 200°C (thermostat 6, 7)
- Mélanger dans un grand saladier 🥣, la farine, la levure, le sucre le gingembre et la poudre d'amandes.
- Ajouter le beurre 🧈 ramolli et les oeufs 🥚🥚, puis travailler d'abord avec une fourchette 🍴 puis avec les mains 👐.
- Decouper la boule en 4️⃣, et faites 2️⃣ assaisonnements différents !
- Assaisonner au choix, 1/4 de la pâte avec 1 càc de cannelle, 1/4 de la pâte avec le jus de citron et le zeste ou de l'orange (ajouter un peut de farine, sinon la pâte colle aux doigts), et 2/4 les laisser nature...
- Etaler les pâtes avec un rouleau et découper des formes à l'emporte-pièce.
- Disposer les gâteaux sur une plaque avec du papier sulfurisé.
- Pour les gâteaux au citron, dorer avec le jaune d'oeuf 🟡
- Pour ceux à la cannelle, ne rien mettre dessus pour le moment
- Enfourner 7 à 10 min (à surveiller).
- Pour les derniers, mettre de la confiture et recouvrir d'un 2 ème gâteau avec un trou au milieu puis saupoudrer de sucre glace avant et après la cuisson.
- Enfourner 12 à 15 min (à surveiller).
- Dernière étape pour ceux à la cannelle, une fois la cuisson terminé, préparer le glaçage avec le blanc d'oeuf et les 150 g de sucre glace. Battre les blancs d'oeufs en neige en ajoutant au fur et à mesure le sucre glace, jusqu'à l'obtention d'une pâte bien lisse. Mettre le glaçage à l'aide du doigt (c'est plus facile) 😉 laisser sécher.
