- 2 pots de yaourt naturel
- 3 pots de yaourt de sucre
- 2 paquet de sucre vanillé
- 4 pots de yaourt de farine
- 1 sachet de levure chimique
- 1 pot yaourt de huile
- 4 cuillères de cacau (ou chocolat) en poudre

- Ah! Aaaaaaah!!! Là viens la partie "facilité" pour famille nombreuse...😉 préchauffez le four à 150°. Commençais le appareil du gâteau pendant que ça chauffe.
- Prendre un bol et mettre: les 5 oeufs, 2 yaourts, 2 pots de sucre et 2 sachets de sucre vanillé.. Tout ensemble.
- Bien mélanger avec le fouet jusqu'à ce que ça reste crémeux.
- Ajouter la farine, un pot à chaque fois et en mélangeant trèèèèès bien entre chaque pot ajouté. À la fin ajouter la levure chimique et mélanger bien jusqu'à ce que ça fasse de boules. Ajouter à la fin le pot de yaourt de huile.
- Verser la moitié de la pâte dans un moule déjà beurré et fariné.
- Dans la pâte qu'est resté dans le bol, ajouter les 4 cuillères de cacau en poudre (ou chocolat pour le lait, commission vous préférez) et mélangez tout doucement pour ne pas s'envoler partout.
- De que ça forme de boules, renverser le restant de la pâte en fil (ou drap) sur la pâte déjà dans le moule à gâteau pour créer un marbré.
- Enfournez pendant 40 à 45 minute à 150°. À partir des 30 minutes de cuisson, contrôlez la cuisson du gâteau avec un cour dent ou la pointe d'un couteau.
